6 pack trouble?!

Question: 6 pack trouble!?
OK ill outline the problem here, since it is more of a problem than a question!. I am currently trying to gain weight (muscle mass), by exercising and eating the right foods in the best amounts!. At the moment, I have hardly any fat in my body so I look athletic but skinny at the same time, which is the reason why I am trying to gain more muscle!. However, the places where I do have fat is the place I dont want!. I have a fat layer on the bottom abdominals!. The first 4 abs (2 layers) are fine, they're defined and you can see them!. But you cannot see my bottom abs, nor are they defined enough!. So can I lose this fat at the same time I gain muscle from a high-calorie diet!? And if it is possible, how can I achieve this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your best bet is to bulk up to your ideal weight, then go on a cut so you can see those abs!. Only thing you can do in the mean time is workout your lower abs so that when you do cut they'll be present, or at least almost present!. You can't really control where you gain/lose weight on your body, it might be possible, but I think it would be easier to just bulk up, then cut!. When you think about it, if you get those abs to show, then continue to gain weight, it's going to be tough to continuously cut in order to keep your abs!. Easier to do it all at once!. Just my two cents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep doing a lot of other muscle building exercises!. eventually that layer will dissapear!. Almost all exercises will work your ABS because this is where the core strength of your body originates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but you have to research the HIT workout routine b/c i've never tried it!. its unique b/c its the only workout out there that burns fat and builds muscle simultaneously s i suggest that t o help ease ur problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time!. but you can't lose fat in a specific area!. if you lose fat you lose fat allover rather than in one place!. doing more ab exerecises won't help you lose stomach fat but just produce bulky looking abs, which wont' look good if i'm honest

best bet is like people said!. bulk up and not worry about the fat!. so long as you have a clean bulking diet you won't put on too much fat anyway!. then go on a cut and you'll see those hard earned abs you wantWww@Answer-Health@Com
