Skipping and fitness?!


Question: Skipping and fitness!?
anyone use a skipping rope to get fit!? I have to get fit enough to jog 2!.5 km in under 13 minutest but i'm to scared to jog alone at night and i have no one to jog with!. Strangely, i get really self concious when exercising in public so i don't want to go during the day!. I'm to far away from any gyms!. How would i go about improving my fitness using a skipping rope!? will it work!? Age:19, BMI:22!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have used a skipping rope and still do!. I now also jog on a regular basis!. I have manged to run in various charity events too!. 2 5k and 2 10k!.

Skipping is a great cardio exercise!. It is very intense and an effective aerobic activity!. It is an extremely efficient way to burn calories too!. You can manage to burn 12 calories per minute for a 150 person who jumps 120 times in a minute!.

It is excellent for developing power, speed and endurance!. This will get you fit in no time, ready for your 2!.5km jog!. Just make sure you start off slowly, and then gradually increasing the time you spend skipping!.

ooooh I love skipping - there are very few exercises that burn 1000 cals in 1 hour - skipping is one of them!.

Go on you tube and put skipping into the search engine - there are some vids on there for skipping fitness that you can follows!.

U can do so in place at home!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
