Yes thats perfectly acheivable considering uv got hardly anything to lose, however i do agree that running would get u a flat stomach faster, as u cant spot-reduce fatty areas, u have to get ur whole body working by doing some intense cardio exercise at least 3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes deffinatly do that and do some sit ups or something too!. good luck! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible!.!. But I would do more than walk 30 mins a day!. Running might be more beneficial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg I am doing the exact same thing! Yes!. You will! Its working for me soo farWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go in for a full body workout using big compound, multi joint exercises!.!.!.they kick your metabolism unlike any other exercise (IMO)

Its impossible to lose fat from 1 particular area so you have to lose it from everywhere!.

3 times a week
- Bench press
- Military press
- Wide grip pull up/lat pull down
- Bent over row/seated cable row
- Squats or deadlifts

I hate long cardio sessions so I do high intensity interval training!. 15 minute session broken down in to two minutes at medium intensity followed by 30 seconds of max intensity!.

If you do this properly, you will be in tatters after 15 mins!. This mentod of training has been shown to burn fat for longer periods of time AFTER your workout!.

I dont know what your body fat percentage is now but if its not that high, 1 month might be reasonable!.!.!.

Also no mention of your diet!.!.!.if your diet is carb heavy, try cutting some of those out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definetly!.

I had a pretty big gut, haha, no kidding !.!. Anyways, I started watching what I eat and exercising more about three weeks ago, and I can see my abs starting to poke through already!. You'll need to work out your ab muscles, as well as do the walking ( although I would recommend more than that !.!. ), drink lots of water, try green tea, and make sure you get your fruits and veggies, you'll definetly have it done!.

Oblique curls, crunches, backward crunches, elbow-opposite knee touches, and planks are all good for your ab muscles ( that's what I've been doing, on top of an ab machine at the gym )

Oblique curls - Lay like you're going to do crunches, but instead of going straight up, try going to the side!. Switch what side you go to every time you come up!.

Crunches - I'm sure you know, but just incase, they're exactly like sit ups, except you don't go all the way up!.

Backward crunches - Lay like you're going to do regular crunches!. Then, raise your legs into the air, thighs straight up, calves parallel to the floor!. Bring your legs in towards your body, pulling your lower back up off the floor!. Keep your head on the floor at all times!.

Elbow - opposite knee touches - Pretty self explanatory!. Put your legs back into the calves parallel to the floor position!. Then, like you're riding a bike, put one leg out and bring one leg in, touching your left elbow to your right knee!. Then, switch!. Like you're riding a bike!.!.

Planks - Get down on the floor like you're going to do push ups, but instead of resting on your hands, rest on the lower part of your arms!. Lower yourself down as close to the ground as you can handle, and hold for one minute!.

If I didn't give enough detail, sorry bout that, but I'm sure there are some videos on youtube or something that can show you !.!.

As well, remember not only to target your abs, or it's not going to completely work !.!. You don't have to do the extent to your legs/arms/whatever else, as you do to your abs, as they're what you want to focus on, but remember to work out the rest of your body as well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
