can i kno what a rep is!? i am told to do 8-12 a day!. what are they!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As the others have said 'rep' is repetitions - you may be told to do 3 sets of 12 reps a day so you'd do one set of reps, have a small break, then the next set, rest and final set!.
Food wise, lean meats and fish - no reformed stuff!.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, no white bread - eat rye!.
No fizzy drinks or dilute-with-water juices!.
Reduce coffee intake, drink water and green tea!.
No white rice or pasta - have the wholemeal version!.
No 'low fat/low sugar/diet' labelled food - it's full of fats, sugars and additives!.
Eat fresh and natural!.
Protein should fit in one cupped palm!.
Veg should fit in 2 cupped palms!.
