Answers:
I'm not original at all with my meal ideas, I get most of mine from foodfit!.com!. They have a free version where they suggest a menu for you, but, then you have to adjust the serving amount if you're cooking for one!. They also have the recipes and calorie information directly linked!. I don't use their meal plan all the time cause I don't need that much variety, but, I definitely use a lot of them!. I've gotten recipes for healthier pizza and different soups and desserts from them!. I use their power smoothie recipe just about everyday!. I'm sure there's plenty of other good sites though too!.!.!.
Edited to add: Most nutritionists no longer recommend cutting calories more then 15% below maintenance levels to lose weight!. Anymore then that tends to contribute to the loss of lean muscle tissue at an equal or even faster rate then fat!. I can lose weight on a 2000 calorie a day diet and maintain at about 2200!.!. Obviously, how many calories you need will need to be tweaked whenever you experience a lifestyle change!. Like, starting a more active job, starting a workout regiment or quitting a job!. Any changes in your activity level will either have to be compensated with a different activity!.!. Just felt the need to add that before people start telling you to eat 1200 calories a day!.!. A normal healthy person that is active and has gotten their metabolism back to normal can eat around 2000 calories a day and maintain just fine!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why a 2100 calorie diet plan!? As you get thinner or heavier for that matter your caloric requirements change!. And, if your goal is to lose more weight, you would have to cut your calorieis a little more throughout the week to obtain that goal!. Personally, I prefer 6 small meals(each portion the size of my palm) and then only eat every 2-3 hrs!.!. For me, I eat every 3 hrs!. I exercise with weights 3 days a week and cardio three along with abs every other day!. If your losing muscle or weight you can add more food!. We are all different!.!. and it's basically a guessing game!.!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
