According to reports it was 8 months!. Now, celebrities and regular folks like you and I are different!. Not built Different but have a separate schedule to maintain!.
What else doe Mariah has to do on a regular basis!? Walk the dog!? Check her mail!? Go to the Gym!? Most of these basic activities are done by her personnel anyway, so concentrating in eating right and having a strict exercise plan established should no surprise for her!.
As far as you and I are concerned, we need to calculate your height, age, body mass and weight!. Options are outtere for the taking (diets, protein, carbs intake etc!.!.) for us to make a plan sn STICK WITH IT!. Don't try to kill yourself when exercising, but do feel free to enjoy yourself when bicycle riding, lifting weights or even dancing -yes, dancing- my wife and daughter are in this class called "zumba" or something like that!.
