Situps...?!


Question: Situps!.!.!.!?
OK I'm just wondering if I were to do about 300 situps a day, would I have great abs!? My BF% is already low, and I run everyday, so It's just a matter of exercising my abdominals to start to get them to really develope!. One of the worse things to work are abs, they really do suck!. So to avoid that by just sticking to situps(and a lot of them), would my abs start to be well developed!?

No!.!.!.!. Not just the standard situp!. You basically have several areas to your core that would need work!. Upper abs, lower abs, and obliques!. That's not counting your lower back muscles!.

Instead of just situps!.!.!.!. If your goal number is 300, try this workout!. But instead of 20 reps each exercise, go for 30 reps each!.

However, note that you can overwork your ab muscles just like other resistance training!. Try this routine, every other day!.

not really situps dont really work unless you go back and up not just up from the ground you need to be on a ball or something then go back and then up and it might workWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try out different abdominal excercises every day!. Another good way to get the abs ripped is by going onto youtube and searching up 8 minute abs!. Try that out for a while, you'll be chisled soon enough if your BF% is low too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Situps or crunches will work out your core!.

As long as you keep up the cardio to limit your fat, you should be able to see the muscles you developed with all those crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was advise if you body fat is low already is to do situps with a heavy medicine ball, that is the best exercise i have done for my abs myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups alone are not going to do it!. Abdominal exercise will develop the musculature but it is the overlying fat that hides the six pack look!. If sit ups or crunches bother you try Pilate's!. The emphasis is on that area but you are not always thinking about it!. Also get with a nutritionist as that person could help fine tune your eating program!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey!, um i heard once that eatin 2 much salt, diet soda, or any other type of carbonated drinks would make ur stomach bloat!. Also if u dont hold ur stomach in while doin them it might not help!. oh i also agree with Eric C bicycle crunches r awwwsome!!!!!!!!!! hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
