Question: How can I lose weight quickly and easily without exercise or dieting!?
Ok, this question is a joke!. It's for all the people who ask how to lose 50 pounds in a week!. It's for the people who think there is a magic way to become slim without any effort!. Well I have news for you!. If it was easy, there wouldn't be any fat people around, would there!? How many people do you see with toned bodies and visible abs!? Not many, because it's hard work! If you are overweight just remember, it took a while to gain the weight so it'll take some time to get rid of it!. It can be done, just lower calories and carbs to below maintanence and do some cardio every day!. If you don't go to a gym just walk or jog in a park or something!. Do it EVERY day, and stick to the plan, and the fat will melt away!. It will take time though!. I know a girl who weighed 350 pounds, and now she weighs 140!. She did by doing cardio twice a day, every day, and eating close to zero carbs!. It took her under a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
