My eating habits are out of control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you help?
I eat at all hours of the day... everything imaginable.. last night at midnight i had domino's.... most of the cheezy bread, i slice of pizza and some cinna stix..... that was just last night and today im starting off my day with cinnamon toast crunch, will probably have mac-n-cheese for lunch then later for a snack some ruffles and french onion dip. then when i go home eat something, then have dinner with my b/f then the late night munchies.....
can you help me come up with a tasty plan for the day...
here's my problem, i dont do fruits and veggies,
NO SALADES!

haha oh good lordy, girl -- i do this all the time too! and it sucks for me because even though i'm a female and it should go to my hips, it goes straight to my stomach -- ew!
to be balanced, it's best that you do eat fruits & veggies, but it's not like you really have to overdo it and actually taste them. i cheat the system a lot -- and here's how:
- Mccann's irish oatmeal. the cinnamon roll flavor is A-MAZING. Plus, the stuff sweetened with splenda has only 100 calories in it -- and you can add raisins to it (ahem, FRUIT!)
- Flatout multigrain wraps are ORGASMIC (and only 100 calories as well) -- fill them up with some meat, cheese & lettuce (just put a little bit in there -- you can't really taste it). You can even make a quesedillas with them!
- Stir Fry is also really tasty & good for you (you can find easy, pre-prepared stir fry in the frozen foods isle). Add some brown rice with it & your all set!
