Question: Im a 14 year old girl that NEEDS HELP with losing weight!!!!?
ok so im 14 and im 5'7 and i weigh around 205 and im trying to lose some weight before summer and lose it fast i try to eat heathy and exercise, but the realy problem is at school because i eat in the cafiteria can someone tell me somthing i can eat and so to lose this weight fast before the summer, and i dont lose weight fast i have a slow matablism, HELP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make your own lunches!. There are plenty of websites that give you healthy tips!.!.!.I suggest find some! There are lots of little things you can do to help yourself live healthier!.You can pack up some leftovers from your dinner every day and put them in tupperware containers and take them for lunch!. I used to have a thermos to put soup in, as well!. That might be an option you could consider!. Just make sure it is a heathy kind, read the label! a many canned soups add lots of extra sodium and things that you don't need, so be careful!. a cup of vegetable soup, a fruit, and half a sandwich made of whole wheat bread sounds like a good meal to me!. Just Cut out sodas and fruit juice completely--stick with water!. Don't eat processed foods and snacks from the vending machine!. watch your portion sizes!. if you eat things you make yourself, you always know exactly what is in them!. Don't add extra salt or sugar to things!.

if you're looking for something sweet, get some fruit leather!. A am addicted to that stuff!. it is tasty!. Don't get those cartoon-shaped fruit snacks, they're full of added sugar!. Instead of icecream, make a smoothie!. Use chocolate soymilk, lowfat plain yogurt, and frozen fruit!. If you want a little more sweetness in it, add a few drops of honey to your blender!. there are tons of great substitutions you can make in your diet and not even feel like you're missing a thing! Popcorn is a great snack in place of chips!.

oh, I would also try to cut out meat, for the most part!. You don't have to go vegetarian or anything, but meat does tend to have a lot of fat and such, and most americans eat too much meat anyway!. Stop planning meals around meat!. Don't be afraid to have a dinner that is only vegetables and fruit!. Instead, leave your steak for special occasions only!. a nice treat now and then!.

when you get home from school, immediately put on your tennis shoes and ipod and go for a brisk walk down the street!. Don't even let yourself sit down and mess around first!.!.!.if you're like me and you sit down in front of the computer for a minute to check email after arriving home, a minute will turn into an hour and before you know it, it'll be too late for a walk!. So get your exercise done before you let yourself get on the computer or the TV, etc!. Try to walk a mile or two!. If you get one of those pedometer things, It will help you gauge how much you've gone, how many calories you've lost, etc!. You could invest in an exercise ball and use it in place of your desk chair!. Those things look easy, but try to balance on one for a while--it really strengthens your core muscles!. If you have stairs in your home, you can use them to do pushups on!. Try to build muscle and work your body whenever possible, muscles burn fat!.

Take your lunch!. That way you can eat healthy!. Try the low carb diet!. Eat less sugary foods, more veggies!.

I work an 8-5 behind a desk all day so it's hard for me to be active at work!. I usually find a random reason to go up stairs to talk to some one!. I also take a walk after work, sometimes for two hours!.

You said you try to exercise so that is good!. Just make sure you are consistent with it!. Don't do it too sporadic so your body doesn't notice and don't go so hard that your body can't rest!.

Make sure you are eating well!. If you stop eating all together, your body will shut down thinking it has to conserve what it can since you aren't feeding it anymore!.

hello, im a boxer and have been 4 3 yrs and am 16!. my body is gd now, all u need to think is are u determined if u r then u will have to make a oath not 2 eat chocolate, sweets etc !.
training the best thing is to do cardio 10 min light jog 1 min hardcore!. rest one day then run rewst one day then run

Stop eating carbs!. No bread, macaroni, rice, potatoes!. Eat protein and start going for walks at least five times a week, that should boost your metabolism!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my school has nothing but fatty foods and sometimes im reduced to just having an apple and milk and then waiting until i get home to have a healthy lunch!. You know what you must do, all we do on here is give you support!.
i know you can do it if you put your mind to it!.
