Sounds like he's a jerk!. Whether it's fat or not depends on how tall you and what size frame you have!. I'm barely 5' tall and would be ecstatic to weigh only 118!.
Here's the rule of thumb from the insurance industry: An adult woman who is 5' tall should weigh 100 pounds!. For each inch over that, add 5 pounds!. So if you're 5'3", you're just about right!. If you're taller you could weigh more and still be right!.
