Do squats, that will work your butt and thighs!. Donkey kicks for the back of your legs!. And for your tummy, do cruntches from side to side!. if you have a heavy ball or other object sit like you would be doing a crunch but move the object side to side while balancing!.

Also, whenever your going tummy work, suck in!. It will help you to get toned sleek abs, not big bulky man abs!.
