WAY smaller portions of food?!


Question: WAY smaller portions of food!?
like instead of a bowl of ice cream like just a scoop, and so on but i mean thats only for dessert i would eat a more then that for meals!.

But would it help me loose weight my dad told me that french people would only have like three bites of certin foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go with smaller portions but more frequently!. Be sure to include a reasonable amount of low fat/sugar fluids as well!.

Have a small bowl of clear soup like chicken broth before lunch or dinner!.!.!.!.or even just a glass of water!.

For the average American portion, going WAY smaller is still sufficient for your dietary needs!. You'd be surprised at how little the human body can live on!. If you look on the side of your ice cream container you'll find that a single portion is only about one scoop anyways!.
Consume ten times your body weight (in pounds) in calories if you are sedentary!. Add more calories for exercise as necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The French don't eat just 3 bites of food but they do have way smaller food portions !.

I think it was on SuperSize me that Morgan Spurlock showed the portion size of McD's coke and fries - the small US size was the large French size!. There was a programme in the UK recently which showed just how packet foods (crisps, cookies and muffins) have almost doubled in portion size over the last 10 years or so!. Try buying a normal muffin in a coffee shop, you can't - they're the size of a child's head!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
