Question: Okay, PLEASE help me lose weight fast!!!10 pnts today!!!?
Hi! Okay I really need some help!. I want to lose about 15 pounds! (and yes, unlike a lot of girls on here I need to! LOL)
What is the best way to accomplish this from my house!?
I have access to a treadmill machine, but walking never makes me lose weight, BUT I hate exercize!
So, two questions:
1: What is a really good FAST diet to lose weight!?
2: What is the least amount of minutes of strenuous exercize do I need to do daily to get results!? (And I mean the least amount!) other exercize recommendations are appreciated also!.

To answer your exersize question first: if you go on a diet and exercise program and chose to exercise streneously, then you build muscles faster than you lose weight and it could actually happen that the scale climbs up, not down, next time you get on it!. This is what I would suggest:
Go swimming if you can!. Swimming is using the entire body, tightens the skin, builds muscle(but at a much slower rate), and stretches those muscles at the same time!.!.!.!.no sore muscles!.
To get to an easy diet now:
Lower your carb intake by cutting out rice, pasta,potatoes, and other too starchy foods!. Eliminate sugary drinks(juices and regular soda are loaded with calories from sugar)!. Replace those either with water or with diet drinks!.
Go on a salad/vegetable diet which is very strict but will allow you to lose weight fast(if you stick to it 100% you will lose at least 5-7lbs in the first week!!)!.
I usually buy the pre-washed, already cut salad in the bags and in the freezer section I get the family size chinese vegetable bags!. One big bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast--or, if you like, 2-3 eggs w!.smoked sausage,ham,cheese,or bacon!. Then for lunch it is salad---with chicken nuggets, eggs and tuna fish, with warm smoked turkey, with warm chicken--whatever meat you like!. You can eat as much salad as you need to get rid of your hunger, but keep the amount of meat limited, especially if it is smoked sausage or chicken nuggets!. To make this less boring, switch to the vegetables which you can cook like a stir fry, but without the rice--you can also just warm them up with some lean meat of your choice!. This diet has never failed me, I usually got rid of excess winter fat with that one in less than 3 weeks, most of the time only 2 weeks!.
To maintain your weight loss you will have to become a little more sensitive about your eating habits!. I used to write down everything I ate or drank for 2 weeks and then looked at the pattern of eating!. I was 255lbs and now I am 155, and I have maintained that for years by having a "pig-out" day every 2 weeks or so!. If you fall of the wagon and eat stuff you shouldn't eat, do not penalize yourself or beat yourself over the head---simply go back to where you left off and continue your diet---a little determination will help you get through that if it happens!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
