How much exercise should i do to lose weight?!


Question: How much exercise should i do to lose weight!?
Im 22 and want to lose about 10kg is buying an exrcise bike and using it for 20 minutes 3 times a week enough!? plus cutting down on my food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have to disagree with some comments 20 mins is long enough but ya have to make the work out a very intense workout
and build it up to 30 mins
if eg one min easy 1min hard out 1min easy etc
keep doing this for 20mins and each week decrese easy increse hard out times
reason for this your speeding heart rate up then slowing it down this burns alot more cals than if you were to ride it for 40 mins at a easy med paceWww@Answer-Health@Com

20 minutes is not enough!. I suggest 40 minutes instead!.!.either that or alternate it with brisk walking as be warned, exercise bikes can give you muscle which will bring your weight loss to a grinding halt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will definately lose weight if you cut down on food intake and exercise at least 3 times a weeks!. But make you stick to it and not give up!. otherwise you will easily put all the weight back on and more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
