How long will it take to begin seeing the results of working out?
How long will it take before there is a noticeable difference in my body after working out? How many weeks, on average does it take?
Answers:
It really depends on your shape now and how hard you work out.
I know women that have seen results in a week of weight lifting, but I also know women that wouldn't push themselves because they didn't like to sweat.
Aerobics, I think you feel it two weeks after you start. Once you feel that you're in better shape I think it's a week before you notice a size reduction. Size change, getting smaller clothes, will usually happen before weight loss.
I prefer weight lifting for women, for the reason that you can see a difference so quickly in the weight you lift. Even if nothing else changes there's that nearly immediate positive feedback.
