Exercise fanatics?!

Start by walking a mile or so a day!. Then increase the amount of time you walk!. Be sure to go somewhere scenic!. Don't weigh yourself for a month and take your measurements before you start and after 4 weeks!. When you see the cm's come off, you will be very happy and learn to enjoy exercising!. I get a little cranky if I cannot exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try exercising with friends or family memebers!.!. excercising alone can be boring and if you are bored you wont feel motivated to work out!.!. and try and find exercises you love ,!.!. there are so many out there !.!. yoga !.!. pilates!.!. spinning!.!. running etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to excercise much!.

If you don't excercise now start with little things like walking to the shops instead of taking the car or taking the stairs instead of the lift!.

You could also start walking however far you think you can handle!. When you figure out how far you want to walk remember it's a round trip!.

You could also try a gym!. Any good one will start you off slow and then you can work your way up!.

If your at home when the fitness shows are on TV you can try working with them or get the DVD's which they make!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apparently it takes a fortnight of doing something for it to become a habit, that's why so many people start off going to the gym only to fall off the bandwagon after a few days!.

After a fortnight, your body wants that 'high' you get from your workout!.

You need to work out why you don't like exercise:-
1) Do you like to work out alone - if so, running!.
2) Do you like to work out as a team - if so, out door activities, rounders, hockey, tennis, etc!.
3) Do you need to be encouraged to work out - spinning class, Legs Bums & Tums Class (many gyms have numerous group classes - spinning is the most effective and shouty-est!)!.
4) Do you not like to work out so's you sweat - maybe something more gentle for you, pilates, yoga!.
5) It's just plain boring!! - get an MP3 player and download some really upbeat tunes and listen to that when working out!.

Start off slow, go three times a week and before long you will look forward to it!. There are times I really think I don't have the energy to drag myself to the gym, but I go and tell myself I can do a shorter workout but by then, those feel-good hormones are whizzing around and I know that the next song on my iPod is a fast and funky one and I end up doing my full workout!.

Finally, buy yourself an outfit in a size smaller than you are, gives you an added incentive to tone those thighs!
