Question: How do I lose weight really fast !?!?!? Please help!.x!?
Am 14 and i have stopped eating about 10 times last year and i promised myself that i wouldnt stop eating again but everytime i look in the mirror i just want to make myself sick!. I just want to lose weight and fast but nothing works so i always end up starving myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no need for starving!.
I know how you feel, I used to feel that way to, but finally I thought to myself " I only have one life to live and I better live it well" so from now on I follow a healthy livign still here is a eating plan and an exercise plan for you!.
Below I will have for you a nutrition plan and an excersice Plan
Excersice Plan:
After doing this 3 times each day for 4 weeks only you will loose 20 pounds!. This routine is soo relaxing and you feel it working the two first times you do it!. This routine won't get you muscular but it will get you toned everywhere!.!.!. Flat ABS

~ when you wake up
~After school/ work

Homemade no preservatives soup
~Glass 100% juice blend
~Glass of water
Snack:
~Apple
~Water
