Is this a good exercise program?!


Question: Is this a good exercise program!?
I go to the YMCA 5 days a week, and I walk on the treadmill at 3!.0 speed and 1!.0 incline for a half an hour!. Then, 3 days a week, I do the weight machines for my legs and hips!. This Tuesday, I will be also adding in the upper body machines!. I also walk to and from the YMCA, which is about a half a mile there and a half a mile back!. I also go out on the track 2-3 times a week for gym and walk about 1 1/2 miles!. So, is this a good exercise program!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only do my routine when ya feel ready cause i dont know what level your at but this is something you can up and play with when ya get bored in ya routine all exercise is great but here's something that will make ya routine a lttle harder and push
Do the treadmill for 15mins this time up speed to 4 or 5, do 5 if ya can on 1 incline
then go on rowing machine 20mins go easy for 1min then real hard out for 1 min each week on rowing machine ya need to decrease easy pace and increase hard out so keep record on times
the three days ya use weights
Day 1 Do chest and Back and Abs
Day 2 Shoulders and arms and Abs
Days 3 Legs and Abs
when fitness levels are higher take another step try a stead jog to gym and jog back
and try running 1 1/2 miles time yaself
if done over 15mins fitness levels are poor
if done in under14mins fitness average
if done under 12mins fitness is good
if done under 10mins fitness is great
do the mile and half run once a week and time yaself as an experiment to see how much ya improvingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Any exercise is good exercise, you are doing more then enough! 30 minutes a day of any exercise is what all adults should be doing to keep fit, add healthy eating and your set for life!Www@Answer-Health@Com
