I plan to work out 4 times a week, im 6'3 at 180, want to go up to about 200, 210, i play ball so im really cut up, i just want to get strong, and look better, just a tad skinny lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

None of that stuff ever worked for me and I dont really think its safe!. I got pills from the doctor called cyproheptadine and that worked because its actually for rashes, but the main side effect is that you are constantly hungry so you never stop eating as long as you have food!. I bought all kinds of fattening food and loaded up my fridge up and then went to a doctor at one of those doctors on duty places and got the prescription and fattened up and then worked it into muscle, unless your a real health freak, then this is not heathy so you should stay away!. I just did it for like 3 weeks and gained about 15 lbs!. They prescribe it for weight gain in many clinics in California now, you should ask your doctor wherever you live about it!. I dont know all the side effects from it because Im in good health and am not allergic or picky about anything so I knew the only side effect I cared about was that eating more would help me gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
