3 times a week
- Bench press
- Military press
- Wide grip pull up/lat pull down
- Bent over row/seated cable row
- Squats or deadlifts
Vary you set rep ranges:
Monday - 5x5
Wednesday - 3x8
Friday - 3x10-12
Make sure you are consuming 1!.3 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight and make sure you drink 2litres of water a day!.
Eat properly (3000 + clean calories a day) and if you dont see gains in that plan I will eat my own foot!.

the key is calories!.!.!. i have had a personal trainer!.!. im 5 9 and 1 60!.!. i went for the ripped look!.!. but if your looking to put on weight!.!.!.!. of course do the required workouts, but you need proper nutrition to go along with it!.!. get more protein and carbs!.!. stay away from high calorie unhealthy foods though!.!. aka Mcdonalds etc good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
