How long do i have to workout in the morning to higher my metabolism?!


Question: How long do i have to workout in the morning to higher my metabolism!?
ive read that if u exercise in the mornings it will higher ur metabolism throughout the day!. so i want to start doing that but how long will i have to exercise to still get results but not have to get up too early!? will just like 5-10 minutes get me results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. Exercise in the morning does 2 things!.

a) It directly takes energy from fat stories and your carbs are finished by the time you wake up!.

b) Raises your metabolism!. The length of time that the metabolism will be up after the exercise is directly related to the length of the exercise!. The biggest results have been observed when the exercise was 1 hour!. Of course less is not bad, just less effect!. Any exercise is better than no exercise!.

Also remember nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result!. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much!.

Eat frequently, every 3-4 hours, something healthy and small, the size of one or two apples!. This will keep you not hungry and will keep your metabolism high throughout the day!.
