Does drinking a lot of water balance out eating a lot of sodium?!

Question: Does drinking a lot of water balance out eating a lot of sodium!?
I'm sure it doesn't cancel out the bad effects of eating too much salt, but does it lower sodium levels in the body or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well, the idea is that water will go out as urine, and salt follows water- so it would also be excreted, but just eating the salt is going to increase your blood pressure, and lots of other things!.

If you increase your salt and water intake, you'll lose some but not all of the salt- you will also lose all the rest of the electrolytes you need, like potassium which is needed for your heart to beat!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will flush more of it out of your system the next time you sweat or pee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking water helps flush it out but potassium will work wonders to balance it!. Eat babanas, prunes, or take a supplement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a balance between your electrolytes and sodium!.
Too much water is as bad as too little!. Too little you get dehydrated!. Balance!.

Think of yourself as a car who's battery needs topped up with water as much as filled with fuel/food!.

Eat a banana!. Drink six tumblers of water a day!. You should be fine!. If you aren't sure, go see the nurse at your health centre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
