Question: Am i Underweight!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
im 4"11 and im 13 and i weigh 83!?
i exercise a lot more than usual because im in competetion dance and tumbling so i exercize like 4 hours a day!? but i eat alot more than i probably should how can i gain weight if im UNDERWEIGHT and if im OVERWEIGHT should i just eat more healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not worry about gaining weight or losing weight or whatever!
You are perfectly fine! When you start to go through puberty more and when you get your period your body will change and when you eat all that stuff it will add weight on!
That's what happened to me! I'm not fat though! I weigh like 100 and I am 14! ( i look like a twig accoriding to my friends)
And you probably have a high matabalism 2 soo it will keep all the foods you eat and burn them off like nothing!

You are exercising and your body is a brilliant machine at detecting if you are doing too much!.
4 hours every day is extreme and you will become fatigued and ill !.
If you need to train, do two light training sessions, improving your technique, and 2 days intense!. Don't forget to do other activities, play games enjoy yourself as well!. Dancing is just letting your body be awakened by the music!. For example if you want to best, watch videos of people who are the best in your field of expertise!. Learn from them and copy them !!!
