What kind of exersice?!


Question: What kind of exersice!?
what kind of exersice can i do at my house (i can't drive yet and can't get a ride anywhere) and running isn't goo for me since i have a hard time breathing when i run!. i am 5'2 and 88 lbs!. i want to loose like 3-8 more lbs at least!. so what are some good exercises to do and foods to eat to loose weight!. by the way i am 15Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I don't think you need to lose ANY weight!. I am the same height as you (5'2") and a year younger (14) and I weigh around 115lbs!. Still, here's some tips to keep your health up and thriving!.

A good thing is keep your metabolism up!. Eat healthy food regularly (like a healthy snack every 2-3 hours) and eat breakfast!. Cardio is really good (like running and jogging)!. When you practice and work out with cardio, it really helps burn fat and you accumulate more stamina as you continue to practice it!. Though you don't like running, I encourage you to practice some running or cardio!.
Some good conditioning exercises are like lunges, jumping, jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, sit ups, leg lifts!.!.!.etc!.

Food that is good is!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.celery is a good snack that actually burns calories to digest it!. Whole wheat things are good!. Avoid junk food and excessive sugar!. Drink plenty of water!. Things like pasta and meat, and fish and eggs, vegetables are crucial, and do not drink soda!. Fruit is also very good!. Get a variety from each food group!. :)

yeah i'm not really sure if you should weigh below 100!. to give blood and for most medical stuff, you have to be over 100 pounds!. do not focus on loosing more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
