I love low carb, but I have never heard of such a thing!? What are you eating or what combinations, do you have a tummy ache!? If not fuhgetaboutit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry that I don't have a specific source for this, but it's an idea that you could investigate further!.
Carb-heavy foods are usually the things that work towards "settling your stomach," such as bread, crackers, etc (the things they give you when you have the stomach flu)!. If you haven't been eating anything like that lately, and your foods have been more liquid-based and/or acidic (such as fruit), it could be that the lack of flour-based foods and heavy amount of acidic foods are causing your stomach to be a little upset!. And of course, stomach juices aren't too tasty, which could explain the bad taste!.
Sorry that I don't have a source!.!.!.but it makes sense to me!.
It could also just be that you're eating faster since you're hungrier, thus taking in extra air with each bite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Low carb diets are unhealthy you might have lost some weight the 1st week but it wont continue!. The best way to lose weight is a healthy diet!.

Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all!. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast!. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items!. Everything listed should be organic!. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it
