How do you get motivated to lose weight?!


Question: How do you get motivated to lose weight!?
Im stressed, I never have time!. I know what to do to loose it, but I am just to tired to start!. Ive even put up pictures of myself, and hot bodies to look at!. I told my husband, its either have sex or exercise your choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My best freinds mom gave me the best advice on this!. Work out in the morning!. No matter how early you have to get up!. You will have no excuses at the end of the day or in the middle of the day as to why you cant work out cause it will be already done!. Also dont focus on what you shouldnt eat focus on what you should!. Lastly quit beating yourself up and thinking negative things about your body you need to be in a good and confident mood to feel motivation!. You are what you are right now embrace your positives!. First of all, make time!. Not finding enough time to begin eating right and exercising at least 30 minutes a day is not an excuse!.!.!.it's just avoiding the situation!. I get up at 4:30 every morning to go to the gym, and if you really want to lose weight, and that's the only time in the day you have, I would try the early morning thing!.!.!.!.you'd be surprised how energizing it is!.
Second of all, figure out why you're trying to lose weight!. If that's not motivation enough, then just to find some other reason that's more motivating!.
Last, try to practice self control!.!.!.!.I found this and motivation go hand-in-hand!. Build self control by denying yourself little things once or twice a day!. For instance, eat a whole grain cereal for breakfast instead of fattening pancakes or muffins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to set a goal for yourself!. How much you want to weigh and when!. Be realistic!.
Buy a nice outfit that is in the size you want to be like a new swimsuit!. Set a timeframe to when it will fit you and focus your goals on that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really have to be ready to do it!. I put on weight after my second child was born and wasn't motivated to do anything about it for 3 years!. One day a friend emailed me a photo of myself - she thought is was a nice photo but I was in a swimsuit and I was fat!! It was awful!. I decided that day I was sick of being fat and unnattractive and feeling unhealthy and tired!. I started slow - just cut out junk and walked every day!. I walked up and down my steep driveway while the kids slept!. Now I run or swim most days, do resistance training, and I eat well!. I lost 22lbs and I feel fantastic!. I can wear whatever I want, I get nice comments!.

But for the last 3 years I wouldn't have bothered!. One day you'll be fed up and you'll decide when - but it is very achievable!. Just think that in only a couple of months you can make a big difference!. And you won't feel tired all the time when you're fit! You'll be better in bed too ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

why does people always seek the hard way to do everythingl listen, before you eat take a table spoon of apple cider venigar, before each meal, that will do the trick!. you see how simple it is!. simple and works, also have a big breakfast and nothing until dinner, well, maybe a little somethin, like an apple and one last thing, try and walk for maybe 30 minutes everyday!. you can do that, can't you!? good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
