I've been gaining muscle from running, but how do I get rid of the fat left on my body!? By eating healthier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your running you should be able to burn ure fat, unless ure eating more carbs then ure burning, or the same amount your burning!. You should try to eat a balanced diet, meaning eat different types of food, not just one type!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
