its strange to be having symptoms to plain foods like chicken, rice and vegetables!.
firstly, make sure the portion size ur eating isn't too large, keep to a 'medium' plateful!.
then try eating the foods separately!. I would advise, try eating the chicken and rice alone for a couple of evenings!. if u get pain with these, switch to turkey (less allergy causing, usually containing less chemicals also), make sure u cook thoroughly!.
If u do ok with the chicken and rice, its the veg!. again, split them up, and 'trial' one at a time to see if u get symptoms!.
and u shud talk to a doc to be sure its not serious!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps it's not cooked enough!. Eat in small potions instead of full meals and see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm guessing that you don't eat healthy regularly!. If you did, your body would be used to those things and you wouldn't feel so wierd!. It's like when someone healthy eats junk food and feels sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hey,
i would suggest eating slower, in small bites, and eat smaller portions!. Perhaps you are eating too much, or too fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
