Question: Cholesterol!?!?
for cholesterol what should you do to lose/ get rid of cholesterol!. What do you have to do !? Such as what should you eat that is good and what you shouldn't eat!. And also what kind of exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Foods to avoid: all trans fats/ hydrogenated fats (shortening, margarine, hydrogenated oil, typically found in fast food, cookies, pies, pastries, processed foods), heated polyunsaturated fats (sunflower oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil etc), eat them cold in salad dressings or as whole nuts or seeds instead, excess saturated fats (butter, palm or coconut oil, lard, suet, dairy or meat fat), refined sugar/flour products

Foods to increase: Omega 3 Fatty Acids (cold water oily fish such as salmon, herring, makeral, sardines, cold pressed flax or hemp seed oil, walnuts, Omega 3 DHA/EPA supplement), cold pressed unheated monounsaturated fats (olive oil or avocado), 100% whole grains, soluable fibre (100% whole grain slow cooking oatmeal, apples, beans/legumes etc)

Getting at least 30 minutes of walking per day will also help get your cholesterol back into balance!.

eat just oatmeal,fruits,veggies,grains/pulses/leg!.!.!. lowfat dairy and avoid all fried,junk and oily foods!.!.just 60-90 minutes of walking daily itself wil help!.!.!.you can take moderate amounts of steamed fish in your daily diet but minimize eating all other seafood and meats,even egg products are harmful!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start eating very lean cuts of meat, and fish!. If you eat chicken, eat the breast meat, and make sure you pull off the skin and trim off any visible fat!. Cholesterol comes from animal fat!. So when it comes to dairy, stay away from butter, cream, whole milk and cheeses!. If trying to lower your cholesterol, don't eat more than 3 egg yolks per week!.

You may want to eat foods with oats, and oatbran!. They have been known to flush out cholesterol (slowly)!. Eat oatmeal, and Cheerios for breakfast!. Eat foods with healthy fats that increase your HDL!. These are nuts(walnuts, and almonds are great), olive oil, salmon (and other types of fish such as sardines) and avacados!.
