Hungry much??!


Question: Hungry much!?!?
I am a little self conscious of my weight right now especially around my chin and neck, i always try to keep a balance the food i eat but for some reason i always have a craving for something mostly snack food and i want to stop this craving!.!.!.!. Any solutions to this problem or anything that you can get that would stop this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try many things to stop the craving
1!. Try eating sugar free gum
2!. Replace your sugar intake with a piece of fruit such as an apple instead

But the chewing gum works best for me, and try not to be self consious be proud of who you are which i bet is a beautiful young woman!

Chewing sugar-free gum really helps for me!. When you have a craving for an unhealthy snack try popping a piece of gum in your mouth!.

Also, if you do need a snack because you're hungry and need the energy try an apple!. You want something that's healthy and has fiber to keep you satisfied longer so you don't just keep snacking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a normal reaction by the body when we diet!. You can try to "tough it out",as these cravings usually only last 10 or 15 mins!., or curb the feeling by drinking 16 to 24 oz!. of water to help you feel full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For snacks I carry raisins or raw nuts!. I stash them in the glove compartment of my car, coat pockets, etc!.!.!.

That way whenever I get a craving for food, I have something healthy on hand!.

instead of reaching for the sugar packed snack foods fake your mind out with healthier snacks!. A granola bar has way less sugars or calories then a candy bar, fruit with peanut butter, or some kind of flavored cream cheese is also a good choice!. Just try to find little ways to stave off the snack isle slope!. the 100 calorie packs are good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without sounding very boring I would say eat an apple, but not for the obvious reasons!
I always find eating an apple takes away a craving because they leave a funny taste in your mouth and nothing afterwards tastes quite right!.!.!. try it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mostly people try a warm (mostly vegetables)soup to make them keep full and not hungry!.
Several people try vegetables, fruit or salad in variant!.
All of these means can help you stay health , avoid fat but stay out from hungry!.
