Toning my Arms and Abs....How?

Well I want to get toned abs and arms my legs are fine since Im a trackrunner.I am 5ft11in 13 old male and I weight 143 pounds.I jog 2-3 miles a day around 5pm.Right after that i do 3 sets of 50 situps and 3 sets of 20 pushup.Is that enough?To tone my abs and arms by the end of the summer.I mean im alredy a lil toned but i want it rly to show.I would say my metabolism is not very fast.

Unlike some friends of mine who dont run every day and workout like me there abs show really well.

Do i exersie to much?Is it any use doing it every day or should i only doit 3-4 days a week so my muscles get some rest.

P.S I think i eat very healthy 1glass of milk and ornage juice everyday the rest of my fluid intake is water.Dont eat any fastfood.Eat fruits and veggeis everyday.

You're not exercising too much, but you should take one day of the week to rest. You're doing all the right things. Sit-ups and push-ups are great for your arms and abs. If you're looking for faster results, try increasing the number of sets you do each day. You could also try lifting free weights to tone your arms a bit more.
