Diet and workout help?!


Question: Diet and workout help!?
I am 17 years old, i do mixed martial arts training 3 days a week and lift 1 or 2 days (not the days i have mma though)!. and run wednesdays and saturdays, rest on sunday!. I want to gain a little bit of muscle and lose my fat before june!. im maybe 5'6'' and 145ish!. i am in decent shape!. i know to lose fat you eat less, and muscle you eat more!. so i was wondering on the days i lift if i eat more (healthy more though like fish and stuff) and cardio/mma days eat less (but still healthy duh) would this help me lose fat and tone up!? since im doing both!? I dont really want to just try to lose fat, because i want at least some decent size muscles, and mine could/should be bigger!. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you're a guy, your muscle will help burn off the fat in time!. You should keep your diet at a steady pace and push protein and fluids! Very important!. Running and lifting will help you do both at the same time!. Rome wasn't built in a day though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose fat, eat less fat and more protein!.!. it's really simple!.!. really really simple!.
you're already doing plenty to keep in shape, so i think it's really just about your diet!. Cardio is great, but you need energy to burn energy therefore keep eating, but eat better!.!.!.low fat yogurt is great, so is water!.
