I am 5"8

The answer is, you're probably underweight at either!. The better answer is that your lean body mass should be 108 lbs!.

Now, before you try to get to 108 as a total body weight, consider that your bones and organs weigh something too!. It is possible to be obese and still be at a low weight for your height!.

Actually, if you figure your BMI and look at the "ideal" weight on standard charts, you are looking at a couch potato!. You should actually weigh around 141 -- but that's if you're fit and muscular!.
