Slumping arm/shoulder muscles?!


Question: Slumping arm/shoulder muscles!?
Okay, I'm going to try to describe this as best as I can!. I am very much into weight lifting!.!.!.I've been doing it since I was about 14 years old or so!. Basically, when I turn sides and look in the mirror!.!.!.the muscles on my upper back 'slump' down or stick out some!. However, its sort of the muscles/bones!. Think of when you hold a bow and arrow!.!.!.and pull back on the arrow!.!.!.a bone on the upper back of the side of the pulling arm, sticks out some!. This is the area that I'm talking about!. Both sides 'slump' like this!.!.!.and I can't figure out if this is 'normal' or what!. Anyone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have poor alignment and probably have made it worse by building significant strength while not correcting your alignment/postural problems!. I would consider working with a physical therapist and/or a personal trainer on how to best correct this!. It takes time but you can do much to improve your posture and alignment -- which will, by the way, make you a stronger and more efficient lifter and avoid injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That just means your deltoids are toned!
