How long will it take to see a noticeable difference in muscle if.........?

If I do 4-5 sets of 12 curls, (15 lbs dumbbells), and do this thing where I work out my triceps, (15 lbs dumbbells) every day -- I'm pretty skinny right now and 12 is really hard - especially 4 or 5 sets. I'm 14 years old, 110 lbs and 5'6'' I drink 25 grams of protein afterwards and this all right before I go to bed. Occasionally ill throw in some pull ups but its not consistent. Thanks in advance.

Answers:

Initially you might see some muscle gain in about 2 weeks but after that you won't see any mass growth. Low weight high reps will make you stronger and leaner, More weight less reps will build mass. To really see any change yourself you will need to get a reference and compare later, measure your bicep or take picture of yourself. The reason is the change is gradual and you might not notice your changes. You will also need to put in some recovery time for your muscles. Talk to your Phys Ed teacher or join a gym and talk to a trainer.
