Still a bit wobbly..?!

Question: Still a bit wobbly!.!.!?
Hey
I have an unhealthy relationship with food!.
When I was 15 I went through a stage of starving myself and exercising a lot!. Then I went back to eating normally!.
I'm now almost 17 and recently I went for a month on around 500/600 cals a day and lots of exercise!. I went from 112 pounds to 108 so only lost 4 pounds!. I would be obsessed with food!.!. I'd cook a lot, I'd calorie count, I'd read recipe books, I'd clean up the kitchen for hours!. I then saw some sense and went back to eating okayish again!. However I just can't seem to get out of that mindset!. I feel guilty about a lot of the things I eat!.!. I still feel the need to restrict, I think about food more than I should!.
I eat pretty healthily-lots of fruit and veg!. I dont let myself drink anything other than water during the working week!.
Everytime I eat something 'bad', I feel awful!.
It's irritating more than anything!. there's a lot more to life than worrying about weight and food but it's something i control!. what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,
The reason why you always feel this way about food is because you are still walking around with emotional wounds from when you was 15 starving yourself!.

The way to overcome this is by changing your self image, if you don't you will continue to feel this way, a good place to start is by purchasing a book called pscho-cybernetics 2000 (this book is all you need, it explains how to change our self image)

Good Luck, it's time to accept the new you!.
