Question: Ok please answer!? will i lose weight eating like this (vary slightly) everyday!?
i'm 18, 5'3, and 110 - 113 pounds - want to get to 105
breakfast -
non fat latte - 130 cal
granola bar - 120 cal

lunch -
carrots
another granola bar - 120 cal
apple

snack -
lite frappacino from starbucks - 130 cal

dinner -
low fat veggie soup - 90 cal
whole grain baguette - 150 - 200 cal!?

snack -
soy milk

Hi Alexandra!.!.!.time for a reality check!. 1) you do not need to lose any weight 2) eating what you propose is awful, not enough calories, too much caffeine and not enough protein!. Your body will go into starvation mode!. So why don't you just ease up on yourself, eat like a normal person to maintain your perfectly normal weight and stop restricting your life to this degree!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
