THe natural ways to feel less tired is to be:
OPTIMISTIC - Having a positive outlook in life will make you feel good about yourself including your self-esteem which will give you less pressure and headaches!.
ZZZZ'ss - Getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep will help you because when your body&mind is already relaxed and therefore so are you! BElieve me!
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES - Not including vigorous activities!.!.!. JUst take a 30 minute brisk walking will do!.!.!.
MULTIVITAMINS - Vitamins do have a big part in managing stress and burn outs!. Try STRESSTABS or VITAMIN C w/ FERROUS SULFATE!. ^_^ IT does help!.
GO OUT AND HAVE FUN - It doesn't mean that when you work, it's always work that you do!. Of course it's stressful, i tell you!. Try getting yourself a break and invite your friends to have chitchats - i think talk therapy is the best - and go out!.!.!.!. shop/window shop whatever, and do things that would exhale out the stress for the day ^_^
