Question: How can I lose 12lbs by June 1st!?
How can I EASILY lose 12lbs by June 1st!? I'm healthy, but I need to lose 12lbs!. Please don't say "you're skinny" or something like that!. Please just tell me how!. ANd I WON'T look like a stick if I lose 12lbs (my friend is 1 inch taller than me and 12lbs lighter than me, and she has the PERFECT bikini body!.) Please don't just say "diet and exericse!." Or "jog a mile a day!." Please be more discriptive than that!.

Not just diet and exercise but also healthy eating!. Learn to eat only when you're hungry!. Try cutting out something from your diet that you normally eat that may be unhealthy!. People who drink soda/juice everyday and cut that out they can lose about 5lbs just in one month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy foods, half of what you normally eat now!. That's hard but doable!.
Walk every day for 30-60 min!. at a good pace!.!.!.!.you can work up to it if you haven't been walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
