Stomach still upset after flu?!

Question: Stomach still upset after flu!?
On wednesday I had a horrible stomach flu that was making me have pure liquid diarrhea and I was throwing up as well!. I didnt eat anything that day!. Then thursday my stomach felt better but still iffy and I ate 2 pieces of toast and some apple sauce and that all stayed down!. Yesterday I ate cheddar nuggets thinking I was okay to eat it!. I also had apple sauce it all stayed down but my stomach felt sick after that and today I feel the same my stomach is hungry and iffy with food!. What can I eat!? Nothing really sounds good except for things I shouldnt eat like pizza and burgers!.

Should I still be eating apple sauce and toast!? I am still tired all the time and I cant stand up or walk for more than about 2 minutes because I feel like im going to faint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went through the same thing in December!.It will take a few days for your stomach to get back to normal!. The only thing I could keep down were toast, cheese and crackers!. You should stay away from heavy foods, like nuggets!. They make your stomach work hard to digest it and other foods like you mentioned (pizza, burgers etc!.!.!.) should be avoided!. Stick to light foods!.!.!.!.Almonds, cheese, crackers, toast, jam, peanut butter, apple sauce!.!.!.!.etc!.!.!.really dry foods!. Definitely stick to apple sauce and toast if thats what your comfortable with!. Also, this might sound weird but when I was getting over the Flu and I was felt like I was hit by a truck I drank a glass of coke and it relieved my pain and kept me a bit alert and not as beat down!. also make sure you get a lot of rest!.

Hope you feel good soon, the stomach Flu is really terrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink enough water and green tea!.!.!.snack on raw nuts, dried figs, sunflower seeds and raisins!.!.make sure you get good doses of fibre to avoid such tummy problems in futureWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should take it easy after a serious digestive illness, and just eat plain and bland foods for a few days after so your system can get used to regular digestion again!. You can start introducing heavier foods in a few days!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
