I have several questions for girlies out there:

1: Can anyone tell me the best diet pills and how much they cost!. I need names and if you can prices!.

2: Which diet pills are most effective but wont leave you with an addiction!?

3: Do laxatives actually work!?!? My friend takes them at the weekend and her stomach has already gone down!. Do they actually work!?!?

While diet pills may work for some people, they are definately not a healthy way to lose weight, and there is a high rate of relapse (i!.e!. gaining back the weight) once you come off of them!. You need to adopt a healthy lifestyle of exercising and eating right, and avoid the pills!. As for laxatives, this is a VERY VERY VERY bad idea for loosing weight!. Your digestive system will develop a tolerance to them, eventually making it almost impossible to use the washroom WITHOUT taking a laxative!. Meaning you are at a high risk of constipation!. You are also putting yourself at a high risk for dehydration, as well as a nutrient deficiency because your body does not have time to absorb the water and nutrients it needs from your food before you defacate!. As for the price, I am not going to give you a numerical dollar amount!. The price is to your health!. It is detrimental to your health to use laxatives for dieting purposes!. Laxatives are meant to be used to ease constipation, and should only be used for that purpose!. It is not worth it, and is much safer and healthy to lose weight by eating right and exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I advise you not to use diet pills at all!. There are always side effects and they're not healthy!.

If you really want to lose weight, do it the healthy way!.



Here's some tips:

If you're really dedicated, eat healthily and excercise more!.

You should swap crisps for carrot sticks, because they are nice and crunchy!.

You may think that fruit and vegetables are nothing compared to sweets, but fruite and vegetables release the sugar slower so you have more energy for longer!.

Try some fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwis - you never know what fruit and vegetables you might discover and love if you watch out for new ones!

Whatever you do, don't starve yourself because that slows down your metabolism and makes it harder for you to lose weight!.

Try fun ways of excersing, like swimming, cycling, surfing, windsurfing, or playing with your dog, or your friends!

Remember - if you have excercised a lot, and you weigh quite a bit, it's probably because muscle weighs more than fat!

Hi, sounds like you're on the verge of anorexia!. That's not a good thing!. All I can suggest is you do it naturally or else you will gain all the weight back quickly!. I'm sure you look beautiful the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK heres what mostly everyone is going to tell you: DONT TAKE PILLS!! They can mess up your heart and your metabolism really bad and you will either get addicted or gain more after you get off them!. Laxatives, if used every day, will cause you to rely on them and you wont be able to do number 2 without them!. Also can mess up your colon real bad!. I know you are probably young and think "who cares" b/c you're not lookin at the future, you just want to slim down right now, but you have to really think, is it worth it to have so many health problems just to be skinny!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friends dad is a doctor, and he said that the ones that work are the ones NV in the red container!. and laxatives DONT work!.!.!.!.!.!.!. they just make ou sick and damage your insides and just make you poop out what you were already going to poop out only faster and with stomach cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well diet pills are not recommend but i take them anways because im stubborn and i prefer the fast routes !.!.!. howevr just know that in the end you might end up gaining weight because diet pills are kinda a temporary solution (it puts ur body thru alot opf abuse)

1!. right now im on hydroxycut (US version) so it has ephedrine in it !.!. if ur gonna do diet pills DO NOT waste ur money on all the drug store crap !.!. definately buy one with caffeine in it (gives u energy for workotus) -- ur looking at around 50-60 dollars !.!. its expensive for sure !.!. probably not work it !.!.!.

2!. all diet pills are addictive !.!.!.!. any kind of supplements with caffeine and crap in them well make u rely on it !.!.!. if u get used to working out with caffeeine its very tough to motivate usrself without it sadly

3!. yes laxatives work but they have horrible consquences !.!. they really abuse the inside of u !.!. u probably dont care that ur damaging ur insides !.!. so yes, they do work !.!.!. but its very unpleasant to have to sit on the toilet all day long

obviously ur trying to lose wiehgt quickly !.!. and as much as it sucks to here !.!. its very tough to get permamant weight loss thru quick-fixes ur gonna get stuck in a cycle of up and downs !.!. so instead start on a healthy routine of exercise and healthy eating and that way u'll change for life !.!. i mean if i think about all the times i told myself !.!. ok well 2MRW i'll start my diet and then id gorge on food that evening cuz i think id start the next morning !.!. and then id screw up the nexy day on my new "diet" !.!.!. so instead of doing extreme diets !.!. just start eatign healthy !.!. dont count calories just eat when ur hungry, eat slowly, drink water, dont eat after 7, dont eat chcolate everyday, find some good recipes !.!.!.!. trust me do not fall into a cycle of dieting!Www@Answer-Health@Com
