The only "detoxing" that you should be doing is "detoxing" and eliminating the wrong foods that you eat!. When you do some of those "detox" plans that you read about, what they don't tell you is that you will be robbing your heart of the important life sustaining electrolites and potassium that you need!. You could die from that (not that you will, though)
Exercise-- and that doesn't always mean going to the gym or doing sit- ups, you can take a yoga class, take dance or hip hop classes, play basketball, etc!. Do NOT use those commercial "detox" plans!. Yours in health!.!.!.!.!.KWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used the Hollywood Juice Diet one time and it really worked!. I got it at Walmart!. You drink this juice and water for 48 hours its really tough but I swear I lost 10 lbs quick and had a very small potion appetite after wards with was exactly what I needed at the time!.
