You again!? If you want to do it really fast and have the time,drive, and stamina, you do it 'Biggest Loser/Celebrity losing baby weight' style!. You eat small portions 5 times a day, cut out table sugar and processed foods containing fructose corn syrup, starches (no potatoes or rice), no fruits and vegetables with lots of sugar like corn, watermelon, pinneaple!.
