Question: Could I loose about 10lbs (atleast) by summer, the healthy way!?
I'm 97lbs, and 5'1 and 13 years old!. I know if you look on the adult BMI it says i'm underweight, but when you look on the TEEN BMI it says i'm normal!. Okay, so I need to loose 10lbs by June!. PLEASE HELP! How much exercise/calories a day!? Thanks! (Oh and if ur going to say tell someone!.!.!.blah blah blah!.!.!. I'm not going to listen, so please don't bother)

Do you really want to lose weight or tone/firm up what you have!. Either way, eat healthy, no processed or packaged food, moderate amount of fresh fruit and veggies!. No fast food or soda (even diet) and exercise by walking!. Start walking slowly (for about 1/4 mile then as you feel comfortable walk faster and longer!. If you have a pet, taken it for walks!. If you have a bike (bicycle) ride it!.!. If you are moving so that you heart rate goes up and you are sweating - you are burning fat!. Eat right, but diet!? I don't recomment that for anyone because once you start a diet you will be on it for the rest of your life and life is too short for that - anything in moderation with lots of exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, I found that lots of water helps!. I don't mean excessively !. But when you feel an urge 2 eat!. also V-8 will give you the vitamins U need while U R losing pounds!. I would'nt worry though!. By summer you actually have plenty of time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well then miss prissy pants!. I'm not going to tell you how I've lost 10 lbs in the last two weeks by just eating more vegetables, eating less refined starches (white bread, candy, and cake), and doing some walking!. I'm also 365lbs so I burn more calories just from being alive than smaller people do!.

Eat when you are hungry, but eat wisely, fruit instead of candy, carrots or salad instead of potato chips, water instead of soft drinks!. Also, do between 30-60 minutes of light-high intensity cardio 5-6 times a week, meaning walk an hour one day, jog 30 minutes another!. I workout using the elliptical machines at my school gym; It allows me to keep up a steady 4mph pace without all the stress on my joints (I am morbidly obese) that jogging and runnings puts on me!. You would be fine just walking to keep in shape!.

You may not lose the 10lbs but your body will be better for it!.

And don't skip meals! I actually gained weight when I was starving myself, and my friends say I'm a lot less cranky now that I started eating again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on which way you want to do it!.

You say the "healthy way" But, your telling me that your underweight!. Not making the connection here!.

My advice is cut your daily calorie intake in half!.

Involve yourself in a new sport or physical activity, you want to burn at least 500Kcals a day about three a week at your age!.

It takes 3500Kcals to burn a pound!.
That means you need to have a deficiet of 35000Kcals to shed 10lbs!.

Fasting works wonders as well!.
First three days of fasting almost guarentee a 1-2lbs loss a day!. After day four the loss is brought down to !.5-1lb a day!.
It looses the weight loss effectiveness after day four!.
So stop there!. Water and green tea only!.

Take a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before meals too!.

Sure, it's not the healthiest way to lose weight!.

but if you need to loose weight, i have found drinking strong green tea, and a LOT of lemon juice (i mean!.!.!. like a ton) reallllllly helps, oh also run-cardio a lot!.

The green tea: speeds up you metabolism, and detoxes your body, which gets rid of the toxin weight (way more than you'd think), and also really clears your system out, and its just great for you!

The Lemon Juice (a lot seriously lol): Lemon juice is a diaretic which gets rid of a ton of excess water weight, and it also detoxes the same as green tea!

Persionally just the green tea and lemon, the first week i used it i lost 5 pounds!! no change to diet, (but im talking about 2 teabags, and 1/4 the ammount of liquid in lemon juice per drink) still it may taste kind of grose, but it really works! :D!.
