I lost 25lb in 3 months!.I'm 15 I'm 143lb and 5'6 but I still have a lil stomach on me!. Are there any exercises i can do to slim it down!!? I have a muscular build and bigger bone frame than most girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cardio cardio cardio! Walking is seriously one of the best ways to get rid of belly fat!. You should do some sit ups and things too, but done rely on sit ups alone!. Walk, jog, dance, just get moving and you should see a major difference!Www@Answer-Health@Com
