Answers:
OK big guy that amount of weight in that time is probably a little enthusiastic!. I'd estimate if you follow this plan you'll put on maybe 20lbs lean muscle in that time!.

1!. Stop running!. Big guys do not run!. You'll burn muscle and your legs won't be strong!. Are you aiming to look like a starved marathon runner!?

2!. Increase you food intake!. Bodybuilding is all about eating the right things!. Loads of protein, brown pasta, sweet potatoes etc

3!. Lift HEAVY weights and focus on keeping GOOD FORM!. Push ups will NOT make you bigger!. You must join a gym if you really want to get bigger!.

4!. Train your entire body at different times!. I mean train things like chest and biceps one day then leave them for 4 days!. The next day do legs!. Legs release loads of testosterone and help other muscles develope quicker!. (i used to avoid legs and just train upper body, i couldn't gain any weight after 12 stone!. As soon as i started using legs i piled weight on im now 14 stone lean!.)

5!. Sleep atleast 9 hours per night!.

This is just a very basic list!. If you join a gym just ask for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
