my friend is having a major pool party (my crush is coming)
on august first. I weight 102 pounds and im 4 feet 9 inches. My doctor says I need to lose weight. How much weight can I lose before my friends pool party? Best answer gets 10 points and stars!

Eat grapes, bananas, and apples. Run somewhere around 1-2 miles everyother day, if you can, and do a couple sit ups and work your way up to a lot of situps. Don't push yourself the first week. Take it easy, but make it affective. Do you play sports? Because I play roughly around 6 sports and I think I'm in shape. Try playing sports but have fun doing it. And don't think of this as "dieting" think of it as "I'm getting fit" you can't be thinking oh no I can't eat junk food, you can, just try to not eat as much as you were. And one of my "I'm getting fit" stages, I really wanted Ice cream with eveything on it, and after that, I did 1000 situps!! I use to do 500 situps a night, but don't start out like that. You will be exhausted and won't want to work out anymore. Take it step by step and hopefully your results will shine through!! :]
