Question: Which forearm exercises is best!?
Cable Wrist Curl
Reverse Barbell Curl
Palms Down Wrist Curl over Bench
Palms Up wrist curl over bench

I want to keep my forearm workout simple, so which two should i do, or one!?
Also, what's the different between palms down wrist curl over bench and palms up wrist curl over bench!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A simple way to work the forearms is to get a dowel or pole!. Drill a hole in the middle and then run a thin rope or heavy twine in there!. Knot it on each side of the hole!. Take a length between two and three feet and attach it to a five or ten pound plate!. Make sure the weight is securely tied on the cord!. Hold the arms out at ninety degrees from the shoulders and start to wind up the weight!. Once at the top then let the weight down slowly!. This will work both the wrist flexors and extensors!. If this gets easy then just change the weight to a slightly higher one!. The answer to your second question is that with the palms up the wrist flexors are being worked and with the palms down the extensors are being used!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
