When i do upper body weight training, I work on my biceps, traps, lats, back, triceps, forearm, shoulders all in one day!. I do not separate/split the exercises!.(example: work triceps and forearms on monday, then on thursday, i work on biceps and shoulders and chest)!. About 2-3 exercises for each biceps, traps, lats, back, triceps, forearm, shoulders!. Is it okay to do all exercises in one day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You do have a decent plan!. However, if you are just starting to weight train, it would be a good idea to work out each muscle group on different days!. For example, Monday is chest and triceps with about 3 exercises for each!. Your muscles need time to repair themselves After some time you can do what youve got right now since your body will have adapted to what your doing!. You also might want to work on your abdominals a little more than once a week!. God core muscles will help out with all your other workouts in the long run!. If thats hard to digest, think of it like this, if you stack a number of items on a tire that is standing on its tread (no rim) how well will it hold the items on in, compared to one with a strong supporting piece, such as rim, inside of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to work on your body parts seperately!. Right now, you're working all those muscles at the same time!. You need to give each muscle group more days than that to recover and grow, but you can work on other muscle groups while you wait for one muscle group to recover, which is the reason people work out different muscles on different days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
